1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

You may qualify for a refund or exchange if:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
• The item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (provide photos as proof).

Non-Refundable Items:

• Personalized/custom-made products (unless defective).
• Digital downloads or gift cards.
• Products marked “Final Sale” in the product description.

2. Refund Process

  • Order number.
  • Reason for return.
  • Photos of the product (if defective/damaged).

Step 2: Approval & Return Instructions

• We’ll review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions (if approved).

Step 3: Ship the Item

• Securely package the item and ship it to our return address (provided upon approval).
• Return Shipping Costs:
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping.
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return fees.

Step 4: Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

3. Refund Methods

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, JazzCash, bank transfer).
• Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider (may take 3–10 business days).

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Contact us to arrange an exchange.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank/payment account.
2. Contact your payment provider.

6. Damaged/Defective Items

• Report damage/defects within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• We’ll replace the item or refund you promptly.
