• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to product availability (we’ll notify you if this happens).

3. Shipping Fees

• Domestic (Pakistan):
  • Flat rate: [200-250] PKR per order.
  • Free shipping on orders over 9000] PKR.
• International:
  • Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

4. International Shipping

• Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties (if applicable).
• We declare packages as “Merchandise” with accurate product values to avoid delays.

5. Order Tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• Track your package directly through:
  • Carrier’s website (e.g., TCS, FedEx).
  • Your MDUSA Vedic account dashboard.

6. Shipping Delays

  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.
  • Customs inspections (international orders).

7. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

• Address changes: Notify us within 24 hours of ordering via mdusavedic@gmail.com. Changes after shipment may incur fees.
• Cancellations: Request before your order enters the “Processing” stage.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Lost in transit: Contact us immediately. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or reship your order.
• Damaged items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
